19.09.2008IAMF: 2nd EDITION FROM MARCH 10-12, 2009
The IAMF (International Advanced Mobility Forum) is a scientific and public forum dedicated to individual mobility in the future, in other words, the cars of tomorrow.
The first edition had the honour of hosting the 3rd roving EET conference, organised by the European association AVERE. This forum enjoyed a great success thanks to the collaboration and support of the Paul Scherrer Institute, the Swiss association e’mobile, Gazmobile, the Swiss Federal Department of Energy, and the International Geneva Automobile Show.

At the last Forum, around 350 participants met and debated new propulsion technologies. The programme for this first edition and the topics were unanimously judged to be « interesting », « pointed », and very « instructive ».
The second IAMF will take place from March 10 – 12, 2009, in the framework of the Geneva International Motor Show. The partners from the first edition will again be actively supported by the Swiss association Euresearch, the International Energy Agency (IEA), based in Paris, auto-suisse, the Swiss Energy Council, and the Swiss Union of Oil Producers.
OVERALL THEME OF THE FORUM
Since the IAMF/EET-2008 will be focusing on new propulsion technologies, this second edition will lean more towards alternative fuels and energy resources for the future. The topics of the IAMF 2009 plus the conditions for participation have been finalised and are now available online at www.iamf.chFOR FURTHER INFORMATION
