CALL FOR PAPERS & SUBMISSION
Deadline for submission: 30th September 2011
IAMF stands for International Advanced Mobility Forum.
It is a scientific and public forum centred on key aspects and issues related to individual mobility for the future. Taking a global and comprehensive view of these themes, all the technical and practical aspects of numerous solutions proposed for environmentally cleaner forms of mobility are considered and debated.
Therefore, the subjects discussed are, among others, hybrid and electric technologies, including fuel cells, which help to considerably reduce the emissions of diesel and gasoline powered vehicles. Naturally the subject of alternative fuels is also broached in this context.
The objectives of the Forum are to:
- intensify the exchange of information and know-how between scientists and researchers
- facilitate collaboration between the automotive industry and the scientific community
- encourage the entry of alternative vehicles into the transportation marketplace.
The fifth edition of IAMF will be held at PALEXPO, on 7th and 8th March 2012, during the first week of the Geneva International Motorshow.
Authors interested in contributing to IAMF 2012 are invited to submit a comprehensive abstract about one of the IAMF 2012 topics.
- should summarize the content of the full paper, indicating its aim, original contribution, and conclusions in 2-3 A4 pages
- must include: author’s name(s), mailing address, e-mail address and the preferred topic (to be selected from the provided list of topics)
The conference language is English.
The selection is based on the abstract. The IAMF Scientific Committee puts speakers presenting their projects through a rigorous selection process and therefore ensures that the subjects of their presentations are in line with the themes under discussion.
The duration of the presentation should not exceed 15 minutes (15 minutes for speech + 5 minutes for questions/discussion).
